I can't find anything related to JDrive application. I've searched all the possible websites, but nothing could be found which means it's impossible to say if it works on a Surface tablet or not. If you have the setup package, then transfer it to the internal storage of the table and run it. Windows will display a prompt or an error if it can't launch the software correctly.
