This is a strange situation, because on various websites, it's specified that you can use Telnet or SSH to access or issue commands for the IP connection feature. Sometimes, Telnet and SSH commands might be different, that's why I recommend checking the commands you want to issue. In the installation directory, look for a PDF or CHM guide to see how the application can be properly used.
