Manual or introduction for LIAGRO dimmer.

I try to use Liagro dimmer for setting up my LED system in the plant chamber. I set the times for turn on and off but they don't work. Maybe someone can send me a manual about that?

I checked the official website for this application, but there is no manual listed as being available. There are some manuals on Google, but they're related to DIMMER only, and the most important part is missing.

how do you make sure the developer is Leiderdorp Instruments company? as i known that the developer is light interaction agro BV, But i could not reach them.
