The software features a setup.exe package which means you have to download that package in order to install it on Windows 7. I have tested the installation on another version of Windows and everything worked normally without errors.
Use the download page provided by Software Informer to download the latest version of the software.
If you encounter issues, right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down menu, choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 then tick the Run as Administrator and that's it.
