Download of WinSweeper does nothing.

I have downloaded it, but beyond the opening screen nothing happens. No options respond.
I tried to find somewhere to activate, but there is nothing in the bottom right corner as per video. How can I activate?

I managed to download the installer and complete the installation on my PC. Indeed, the software doesn't respond to commands, but this is caused by the initial scan. Just give it a few minutes to scan for items, and then you will see that functionality will be restored. As you can see in the image below, I switched to Settings.
