SD card not found.

When I open the G$ Viewer to retrieve data from the SD card, the program does not find the SD card if it is placed into the card reader on my laptop. It will find the SD card if I use a USB card reader. I know the card reader on my laptop works because I have used it with other programs.

The most possible case is that the G$ Viewer doesn't detect the card or doesn't have support for the way the card is attached or the drivers for the built-in SD card. Go to Device Manager and make sure that the built-in card reader's drivers are installed properly.

If you see something with yellow in the Device Manager, locate your CD and reinstall the drivers once more then repeat the procedure to access the SD card.
