How to convert WMV to CDG?

I am trying to convert songs I have bought on a karaoke site. The songs come in a WMV format and I like to convert them to a CDG format so I can play them on my karaoke player.

What converter is able to do that?

The CDG files are built from audio files like (MP3, WMV, OGG, etc). Converting from an audio/video file to CDG format is not possible because the structure is different from a WMV file. Converting from CDG to WMV is possible and there are plenty of converts out there but the backward process is not.

In other words you will not be able to convert WMV to CDG file format.
