Yes, the software works great in Windows 10. I've installed it on Windows 10 x64. Also, on the download page it's clearly specified that it's compatible with Windows XP or later.

Download the installer and use it to get it on your PC.

Advice: Try having an antivirus installed first and then install Epic Browser to avoid any other complications.

I haven't had any problems with it. It works great for me I've been using it for 4 months now.
