How can I cancel PIN when unlocking ZTE phone?

I need help, I set a PIN by mistake for unlocking my phone, please assist as this is not what I required, I just want it unlocking using the long hold like before.

You need to enter the same pin to unlock the phone, then go to Settings > Security and tap on the first option. After this procedure, select None or Swipe and the PIN unlocking mode will be removed.

If the phone isn't using Android, but a proprietary OS, just do the same by entering PIN to unlock the phone and then remove it the same way you added it.
