Account validation for MT4 application is done through the link you obtained on your email. I have created accounts on various trading platforms and the only way to activate my account was through the link sent to the email used when I created the account in the first place.
However, once an account has been activated, there is no need to activate it again and again because it will work and it be available for usage under the terms of the publisher/developer.
