Not able to scan.

Purchased a new ASUS laptop with Windows 10. Thought I could download My Image Garden to scan, but it's not working. I have a Canon MX330. Anyone aware of anything I can use to sync the laptop to the printer that will allow me to scan?

You need to download the latest version from the official website in order tun the software on in Windows 10. I have checked, and version 3.3.0 seems to have been released.

In Windows 10, the drivers will be automatically installed through Windows Update if you have an active Internet connection.

I also have an ASUS laptop. I did have a problem with some downloads so I phoned Canon. They were most helpful and guided me through the procedure. Now I have to call them to find out how to scan. May be the same problem.
