Yes, you can transfer the application to another computer as long as you have the setup package. Transfer the package, then install the software and add the content from the previous computer. Before you delete the software from the old PC, make sure to create a backup of the available content using File > Save As or File > Export.
You can transfer the installed program as well, but it involves a few steps.
Go to Start > Run > Regedit. Go to to where the software is located. Usually it's in Local Software > Software. Right-click the folder and export it.
Copy the installation folder to a USB flash driver or on the CD if it fits.
Unpack the installation in the same location, merge the .reg file on new PC and that's it.
