I would like to add a Pelmanism game to my website. I need to retain copyright on all the images which I would use for a Pelmanism game. Can you assure me that I would not be giving up any copyright or intellectual property rights if I use this program?

This is an awkward situation, because you can't include this game into your website due to various reasons. I have accessed the developer's website, and it appears to be discontinued, as well as the software. Beside that, it would be impossible to embed a Windows application in a website.

I have also looked for free versions of this game that can be embedded in a website and didn't find anything. All there is online has copyright and can be used only by the original developers.
