This application doesn't appear to be available on the developer's website, which means it's probably discontinued without any possibility to download and test it. If you still have the setup package or the software, the only thing remaining to do is to apply a compatibility setting. You can do this using right click on the file or executable, then simply select Troubleshooting Compatibility or go to Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows that you know it worked and accept the changes, then launch the software.
