Reinstalling the apps.

Question

I bought this game in 2009 Order # SG-202183. Got a new computer and I want to add these games to it. I put in the code and get the error message. I really would like to get these games on my computer .

BUILD - A - LOT BUILD - A - LOT 2 BUILD - A - LOT 3

If you can not fix the problem then give back my money. I have the Cake Manias games also that will not work same problem.

As a general rule, you are entitled to request a refund up to maximum of 60 days from purchase. You have bought these games in 2009. There have been 7 years since the purchase which means the refunding process is not available any more. You should contact the sellers to ask them more about this.
