How can I print my student's books?

I bought this RealeWriter program a few years ago and I use it frequently for his projects. However, when I try to print his latest book, it always appears a watermark and a text box appears telling me that I have to renew the licence. When I bought this program, nobody told me I have to renew any licence. I thought I would be able to print all my student's books.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to register the application because the official website is out of business. Even if you want to buy it, it won't be possible. Another problem is related to the fact that no alternative can be found. I have checked all the websites, but none provided a suitable application to use instead.
