Disable background running.

How can I stop Dreammapper data card uploader (from Respironics) running in the background of my screen?

You can disable any application that's running in the background in two ways:

  1. Using Services: Go to Start > Run > services.msc, locate the service that starts the app and Stop it.

  2. Go to Start > Run > msconfig and switch to Startup tab. Locate the software and then uncheck it.

Reboot the PC to see the changes.
