You need to check the supported export options. This can either be checked in the software using File > Save as or File > Export. You won't have the possibility to contact the developers to obtain support, because their official website is out business, which means this software is discontinued. At this point, you have the possibility to check the Help documentation, and that's it.
Note: If there is no Help within the software, go to the installation directory and look for PDF or CHM files.
