Removing Expo Themes.

I downloaded Expo Themes 2016 software, and recently deleted it using all the normal avenues and suggestions to get rid of it. However, each time I boot up and hit ESC to go to my Windows login screen, the Expo Themes 2016 background is still there. I've looked everywhere on the computer, but can't find where the program is hiding. Also have had no luck with any of the web searches to find a resolution for deleting this insidious software. Is there any additional recommendations to deleting this? Thanks in advance.

To properly remove the themes from your computer, a tool needs to be used. The developers have created an uninstall utility that allows you to completely items that were installed through Expo Themes.

Use the following link and download the software: http://www.expothemes.com/uninstall-expothemes-manager

Launch it and tick the items you want to be removed from your computer.
