I can update daily EOD data for stocks just fine, but not with the historical data which is in a format different from that of the daily data.
I have looked for this application and its website, but it is nowhere to be found which means it's either discontinued or not available for public use. The first thing to try is the Help section. It's possible that you might find all the necessary details in that section. There is also EODData website which provides support for different trading apps and they have a support section as well.
