Quotations in Pastel.

How can I check history of a quotation before I generate an invoice with it? What I suspect is that the cashier is selling stock on quotes excluding invoices and sends a revised invoice to me after discount has been included. I would like to check the history of each quotation to ensure customers are not been duped of their money and the company is not losing on revenues through such scrupulous practices?

I recommend checking the built-in Help section of the application, because there is no manual available for the software. I have also checked for various documentation, and it appears that Pastel Accounting already has the necessary files ready to be used. Either go to Help > Contents or access the installation directory of the application where you will find the necessary files in PDF or CHM format. You can check there.
