There should be another way to recover the password or unlock content. Since Photo Vault doesn't list a specific application, I recommend checking the page where it is located (App Store or Play Store). You will find in the description the steps you have to take in order to recover the password. On the Play Store, for example, you will find an email that you can use to get in touch with the developer. If the recovery method is not posted in the description, then the developer will provide the instructions.
