The first requirement is that you need the setup package to complete the installation. Unfortunately, that's not publicly available. I have searched every website in hope of finding it, but there isn't a single website for this procedure.
If you already have it, right-click the setup and choose Run as Administrator, then follow the installation guidelines. You'll find your application on the desktop.
