Facebook timeline is a static script and it cannot be animated, at least, it does not offer the possibility to use optional customization settings in order to add opening/browsing effects. A solution would be that you use a UserStyle script among a custom-made script (Mozilla Firefox only) but it offers basic CSS customization. In other words, there is no way you can animated the items on your timeline.
