What happened to my contact with technician Shelton last Friday?

I wish to contact CTS - not a Forum! 'Chat' screen froze and has not revived itself. Their UK telephone no. is not recognized.

The only way to contact them is through the available contact options. Luckily, there is no need to visit any forum at all. Use the details below to reach them:

Note: Technically, the chat should resume from where it frozen based on a chat issue ID. Check your email and when you contact them again, give that ID and you can continue the chat.
