I can't delete or add any file on my SD card.

Ever since I bought my SD card, the files I sent into can't be deleted. I have tried deleting it several times, but it doesn't leave. It will appear as it's been deleted, but when I insert it into my head set, I still see the same file I deleted and no sign of the one I just added.

This behavior indicates there is a problem with the SD card. I have encountered the same issues as well, but I formatted the SD card and then copied something, and the moment I detached the SD card from the card reader, all the content disappeared and the initial content was shown instead. That means it's a faulty SD card and you should acquire another one.

There are no tools available to fix these issues with SD cards.
