If the software was installed by someone else, then you need to contact them to provide the username and password, but if you did install it, then consult the manuals because this type of applications are not available for public which means it's impossible for me to provide some details. In most of the cases, the support is assured for customers only. I have checked the official website, but there is nothing about this issue.
