Avery Weigh-Tronix e-tool information.

I am finding it difficult to download this app, can someone help me? I will also be glad if I can get a technical advice as to how to successfully troubleshoot this error:

Invalid handle for COM 2 & 3.:

This error appears anytime I launch my S200W truck management software.

You find it difficult to download the application, because it's actually not possible to download it. I've also checked the official website and haven't found the e-tools anywhere in the Products category or in the database.

The best way to acquire the information about the software is to ask the developers: http://www.averyweigh-tronix.com/Contact-Us/

I would also check the connection settings. Most likely, there is an issue with the connectivity package.
