This looks to be a hardware problem and can be fixed only by phone technicians at a specialized store send the phone to warranty if you still have warranty time left. There is nothing you can do if the phone doesn't turn on to attempt recovery procedures or flashing with the known tools.
There could be a possibility that the motherboard to be broken beyond repair, in which case you will need a new phone.
