Information format received from SignEnd is incorrect.

I am trying to reconnect to our LED Marquee. When I requested sign information (checking my handshake with the sign), I received the message: "Information format received from SignEnd is incorrect". Can anyone help me with this issue?

You need to check the connection and the parameters you have used to establish and use that connection. After this procedure, test the connection using the standard parameters. Additionally go to Help > Contents to read more about connection parameters and configurations.
