These VoIP cards usually have all the details printed on their back side in order to make it easier for the user to configure them. For the card you also need an application that supports it. I have seen such cards that had information about compatible VoIP clients you can use with them.

Secondly, consult with the one you've acquired the card from because there is always the possibility for the card to be expired.
