When I convert it to video the screen is showing half of the slide, not full image. I tried to adjust the screen resolution, but still the same.

The first thing to try is reinstalling the application, then double-checking the PowerPoint presentation. Technically, the software should simply convert what you have in the PowerPoint file, but sometimes, due to bugs, errors like the one you have might appear.
