The software doesn't appear to be available anymore, however, on its specifications list, the software appears to work on Windows, but it doesn't specify the exact versions of Windows which means you could try compatibility mode in Windows 8.1. Explore the disc and then right click the installation package. Go to Properties > Compatibility and select Windows XP from the list, then run the application. It's a small chance of success, but in some cases it works normally.
