I downloaded Solitaire 5.0 on my Windows 8.1 and went through the 4 steps, but nothing happens after that so I cannot install it. What is or is not going on?
There could be a chance the software is not working on Windows 8.1 because of the compatibility issues. I recommend reinstalling the game using a compatibility tweak and some settings. Right click the installer and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose another version of Windows from the list and then tick the Run as Administrator. If after these settings, the game refuses to load, then you need an alternative.
