Charles proxy not working.

I followed all the steps, installed and waited a few minutes for two options to pop up: retry or cancel. I press retry and it wouldn't work. Then I looked above it and saw please contact your administrator so I had to click cancel and I didn't know what that meant. I don't know if it need an update or something. Can you help me?

I've downloaded the application and installed it properly without errors. The latest version was acquired from the official website and the installation was started with Administrator username (right click on the setup and choose Run as Administrator).
