Does it work with Windows 10? I suppose not. If not which other software so simple and easy to use could I download?
No, the software doesn't work on Windows 10, because it has been developed a very long time ago, and Ulead has been acquired by Corel Corporation. The old products have been merged into newer ones released by Corel.

There are a lot of apps to choose from. However, if you want a free solution then Picasa can be used in this case.
