Information about Balance Image Corp software

I work on a PC that can not start working because of the software (in question) absence. What is the solution?

I have tried finding the Balance Image Corp software or anything related, but there isn't anything available for this procedure. No website or information could be gathered about the software. Additionally, I highly doubt that a PC can't work without a 3rd party software. Maybe it's required for your needs, but a PC should work fine without any other 3rd party software.
