That is a false positive. It happens when the antivirus detects and application as being possibly infected while it's not. If the CD was acquired from a trusted source, then you can ignore the error and add the file to the Exceptions list. Launch it normally and enjoy the application.
Additionally, I would recommend contacting the ones where you acquired the CD from. Inform them that the Avast detects one of the programs as being infected and they should take care the rest.
