Webgrade site not available.

I have been a Micrograde user for years but in the last few weeks I've been unable to upload my grades to the web site. Is there something wrong? How do I and my students get access to the Webgrade? I recently paid for another 2 years of access.

I have tried to access the website of the application, but it shows a DNS error, which means the site is either in maintenance or it doesn't exist anymore.

However, I see the WebGrade is hosted on various websites, which means you will have to contact the school's IT administrator to ask him about this issue, because the WebGrade is probably configured separately from the Micrograde website.
