How to transfer PDF files from computer to iPad/iPhone?

The first choice is iTunes, so I used iTunes to do this. But I found a more easier tool: Syncios iPad Transfer. What do you recommend?

The most simple way still remains iTunes using the Books. Simply drag and drop the files from your desktop or their location inside Books category on iTunes, then sync the phone and that's it. Of course, you can use 3rd party applications as well, but most of them then to be shareware even if they specify they're free. That "free" word is available until you want to perform something inside the application.
