Can't send the designs.

I have a new computer with Windows 10. I can install the 4D software 8.0 and upgrade, but it won't let me send anything I design to use port.

This happens because the USB port drivers are not installed properly. Go to Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Recovery > Reboot. Once it reboots, select Troubleshoot > Startup. Reboot again and then press 7. It will disable Driver Enforcement. Reinstall the application and accept the warnings given by Windows. Restart the PC and the software should recognize the USB port. Once it does that, you will be able to send the designs normally through the USB port.
