VoipConnect cannot view my Outlook contacts

I have installed the latest version of VoipConnect and when I choose from the view menu to show my Outlook contacts the following error appears:

Unable to display your Outlook contacts. 
ERROR: Unknown (106)

Actually I have installed Outlook 2013.

It's already specified that in the latest version of the software, the Outlook problem regarding contacts has been dealt with.

There is something wrong with the Outlook or the application still has issues even after the update.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to contact the developers of VoipConnect.
