Updating K3 Note from ROM Vibe 2.5

I bought a K3 Note and I'd like to update it. I installed the Lenovo Smart Assistant but it is not usable as the whole menu is written in Chinese. Is there an English version? Also I tried other techniques such as ADB and FASTBOOT, but device is not seen with fastboot. So I'm very disappointed. What can I do?

If you and ADB and Fastboot functionality, then you need to install the drivers for your phone. If no drivers are present, then it's impossible for PC to detect those modules.

Lenovo Smart Assistant is available in English for downloading using the following link: http://support.lenovo.com/uu/en/products/phones/k-series/k3-note/downloads/ds101291

This version is released in English and available for your phone. You can try it to install a ROM or anything you need.
