Is there a manual for the Call Alert! software?

I can't find one anywhere online. I have entered 14 phone numbers on the block list but some are working and some are not. I have no spaces in the numbers. Do I need them? I do not have the source so I cannot tell if the number format is accounted for. Can anyone tell me what works for them?

I have checked the official website and the download section as well, but I couldn't find anything related to user guides or manuals. Since it's available for downloading, I have also downloaded the application, but there isn't anything in the installation folder.
