My HP Assistant icon disappeared so installed a new one. I can't find it. I don't know where to go to access the Assistant. It was a question mark inside of a blue circle. Where did it go?
After you've downloaded and install the latest version of the application from the main website, you can find the HP Support Assistant in the following directory: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Framework\HPSF.exe"
