It's not possible to update to version 2014 or 2015, because all three games are different. You will need a separate CD key to install them. Konami, the developers of the game, don't provide the option to upgrade from an inferior version to the latest. This is sometimes possible when you exchange your game and add some money to buy the latest one, but only at valid game shops.
