Does Handicap Manager for Excel work on Mac OS?
No, the software doesn't work on Mac because it's distributed and developed to run only on Windows. Even if you install it through Wine, it won't be of any help since you also need Excel installed. Better install Windows on Mac through virtualization (Bootcamp or Parallel Desktop) and then install Excel and this application.
