I'm looking for a way to send our newsletter via mass e-mails using Publisher that has been converted to a PDF document.
You can't mass email from Publisher, but there are other email programs developed for email marketing. For example, you can use Gmail to send a maximum number of 2000 emails per day. Just enable IMAP and download a client through the database of Software Informer. There are plenty applications available for this procedure.
