I can't install HP Photo Creations.

Question

I downloaded the software, but when I attempt to install, I get this message:

C:\Users\Mike\Downloads\Setup.exe 
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service

I had a previous version installed, but when it attempted an update, it crashed. So, I uninstalled the previous version and downloaded the most recent version. I really love this program!

I recommend downloading the installation package again from the official website. Visit the URL posted below to obtain the necessary file.

Secondly, if you know there is no enough RAM free on your computer, try closing a few applications and then launch the installation process.
