This application was used in the vehicle business. If you are not in the same domain, then I recommend uninstalling it. It will not harm your computer, because it's not a system application. Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Revo will delete everything related to software. Make sure that when uninstalling to select Delete all.
